‘Noises Off’ Continues

The much-anticipated “Noises Off!” play by Michael Frayn continues at the University of La Verne this week.

This romp of a comedy will be performed tonight, Nov. 15, Nov. 20, 21 and 22 at 7:30 p.m.

A matinee showing will be staged Nov. 23 at 2 p.m.

The play will be on the main stage in Dailey Theatre.

Tickets are $10 for general admission, $8 for staff and seniors and $5 for students with a valid ID.

Poetry Reading in Claremont

Tracie Morris, an interdisciplinary poet who has worked as a sound poet, band leader and multimedia performer, will read from her collection of works at the Claremont Museum of Art, tonight from 7:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. Admission is $5.

Pomona Art Gallery

The dA Center for the Arts in downtown Pomona presents the exhibit “Popztlan,” which displays “the Spanglish of pop art.”

L.A. Punk Festival

Part-Time Punks is hosting the Part-Time Punks Festival at The Echo and The Echoplex in Echo Park. The event will feature bands such as A Certain Ratio, Pylon, Love Is All, Vivian Girls, Ariel Pink’s Haunted Graffiti and many others.

The festival will be on Sunday from 2 p.m. to 2 a.m. Tickets are $20.
