Dr. David Flaten, chair of the theater department chair , along with senior law library assistant Claudia Prado, and seniors Farah A. Khan and Rhiannon Jensen participated in the Twin Hearts Meditation. The group meets every Tuesday morning at 7:30 in the Cabaret Theatre. The meditation is based on the prayer of St. Francis of Assisi and is guided through the voice of Grandmaster Choa Kok Sui, a teacher of Pranic Healing and Arhatic Yoga. One of the main purposes of practicing the meditation is to cleanse the body of negative energies to promote self-healing.
