Part of sophomore Nancy Mendez's style is that she shops at thrift stores to save money and to find clothing items to wear that are different from the normal mainstream trends. Mendez states, "I think that our society has breed us to believe the more expensive the better. Who truly believes they need to pay $200 for a name brand shirt."
