He has been competing in karate competitions for 10 years. He was sponsored for the Fairplex competition by team “Straight Up.”
(Above): Chuck Norris, world renowned martial arts expert, attended the North American Sports Karate 5A World Tour International Championship held at the Fariplex. Norris, who came to watch U.S. Open of Karate promoter Mike Sawyer, had not attended a karate competition for many years.
