Michael Choi prepares sushi lunch specials at Aoki Japanese Restaurant on the corner of Bonita and D Street in La Verne. The restaurant has been serving lunch and dinner Monday through Saturday for seven years. It offers lunch specials during the busiest time of day and a variety of sushi, including California rolls and salmon skin, for dining in or take-out.
