Professor Chin Leng Lim, who teaches law at the National University of Singapore, held a lecture for students and faculty at the College of Law on May 11. Lim’s lecture, titled “The World Court and the U.S. Constitution: What Should U.S. Courts Do with ICJ Judgments that Conflict with U.S. Law,” explored a wide range of judicial activities examined under the World Court.
