'A pirate's life for me' at the Fair

“Cap’n Calico Jack” who looked like the real Jack Sparrow performs in the “Pirates of the Columbian Caribbean” high wire show at the Los Angeles County Fair’s Shipwreck Reef. He taught children how to steer a pirate ship, tie knots and make their own sword, hat, and patch. The show, performed by the Murcias Family, started every day at 2 p.m.
