New Movies New films opening in theaters this weekend include “The Heartbreak Kid” and “Feel the Noise.” Box office winners from last week, “The Game Plan” and “The Kingdom,” are also still being shown in theaters. The festival features more than 40 exhibitions, performances and cultural activities. Each night offers a different event, including ArtNight, ArtWalk, ArtHeritage and ArtPerformance.
