ULV's Amy Quesenberry was carried off the field during the first half
of the women's soccer game on Saturday. After a collision with a Claremont-Mudd-Scripps
soccer player, Quesenberry broke both the fibula and tibia in her right
leg.
A broken leg was just the start of the troubles for the women's team
this week.
The Leopards' losing streak extends to four after falling to Claremont
and Redlands.
The women's volleyball team stretches its SCIAC winning streak to 28
with wins over Claremont, Cal Lutheran and Redlands.
Another preconference tune up brings more fine performances.
A strong defense, led by Roger Logan, isn't enough for the football
team to overcome the Kingsmen.
