On Saturday at 10 a.m., Pilot Buzz Mills and Paramedic Vicky Oakley
flew in from Anaheim for the Annual Safety Facilities Open House held at
The Public Safety Building on 3rd and C Streets. Mills and Oakley claim
their chopper can be in the air within five minutes on an emergency call.
The Open House also included food, drinks, a dunk tank and balloon animals
for kids.
