Deliveries might be slowed for University of La Verne Graphics due to their only delivery truck being stolen last Friday night.

The red Toyota longbed truck is believed to have been taken from its parking spot behind the Arts Building after 5 or 6 p.m., according to ULV Graphics Manager Raffi Zinzalian.

Because the parking lot is usually a well-lit area, Zinzalian feels that "whoever stole the truck must have been desperate."

Students from the Art Department noticed the truck was missing Saturday morning.

Campus Safety and the La Verne Police Department have been notified, but so far nothing has been found out about the truck, said Zinzalian.

ULV Graphics plans to go ahead and buy a new truck for deliveries. They are currently looking at trucks and Zinzalian thinks they may purchase a new one this weekend.

The 1986 model had the license plate number 4Y76161.
