Provides counseling to regular faculty and staff for enrolling in and making changes to their health and welfare benefit plans, retirement plans, and flex plans. Processes and maintains benefit membership and enrollment records. Provides counseling for Consolidated Omnibus Budget Reconciliation Act (COBRA); and assists with processing benefit plan changes. Respond to employee inquiries and walk-ins; certify employee tuition remission eligibility; verify new hire staff employment eligibility; maintaining and coordinating the University’s Rideshare Program and Parking Program; and liaison with Campus Safety for the Guaranteed Ride Home Program.
