Eligibility
My Home Town is a video contest open to students currently enrolled in a public or private high school in the following communities: Azusa, Claremont, Covina, Diamond Bar, Glendora, La Verne, Montclair, Ontario, Pomona, Rancho Cucamonga, San Dimas, Upland, Walnut and West Covina.

Entry Deadline
Mail your video in DVD format and entry form to:

All entries must be received by September 30, 2009.

Prizes
First: $250
Second: $125
Third: $75

The best videos will be shown at a public screening in October 2009 at the University of La Verne Arts & Communications Building Screening Room (ACB212), 2016 D Street.

Rules
All entrants hereby authorize the My Home Town Video Contest to publicly perform and/or televise this entry in whole or in part for the contest. They also warrant and represent that such exhibition by the contest will not violate the copyright or any other right of any person, firm or corporation. Entrants also understand and comply with the rules and regulations of the 2009 My Home Town Video Contest as stated in the contest guidelines. The decision of the jury is final.
