- Mr. Schantz’s career experience has ranged from systems engineering for the Minuteman III missile development program to executive responsibility for international subsidiaries of multinational corporations, including three postings outside the United States.
Since joining the university in 2001, he has taught Business Finance (BUS 330, BUS 500D), Personal Finance (BUS 345), Principles of Marketing (BUS 360), International Business (BUS 341), and International Marketing (BUS 466) at the main campus.
In 2009, Mr. Schantz was appointed Director of Experiential Learning for the College of Business and Public Management. In early 2010, he introduced a new Business Consulting course (BUS 493) to help prepare undergraduate students for assimilation into the professional work force by exposing them to a “real life” team project for a business client.
