Accounts Payable Department

Welcome to the University of La Verne’s Accounts Payable Department website. The Accounts Payable Department is located on the 2nd floor of Woody Hall. Our office hours are 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday; we are closed for lunch from 12:00 pm to 1:00 pm.

The Accounts Payable Department is a functional department of the Finance Department and is responsible for providing timely and accurate payment while providing responsive and quality services to the University Community, vendors and students, in accordance with established policies and procedures. The Accounts Payable staff is available to the University Community and vendors for training and assistance in all aspects of University's Accounts Payable policy and procedures. Feel free to contact any of us at the extensions indicated.
