May I Study at Another College While Studying at La Verne?
Students may wish to study at another college while enrolled at the La Verne. This can happen if:
- A particular course is not available at La Verne
- An academic advisor recommends coursework at another institution
- A student wishes to finish up some courses at another institution
- You are enrolled in a degree program at La Verne
- You will be enrolled in the equivalent of a full course of study through the combined enrollment at the two institutions
HOW TO DO IT
- Talk to your academic advisor about whether the coursework at the other school will be accepted for fulfilling degree requirements and whether you can in fact take the course at La Verne.
- Talk to the La Verne International Student Advisor. Attendance at the other school is with permission of the designated official (DSO) at La Verne where you are enrolled in a degree program.
- Ask your La Verne academic advisor to fill out the form below.
- Submit this form and a copy of your registration form from the "concurrent institution"--to the International and Study Abroad Center.
It is very important that you give the International and Study Abroad Center the copy of your registration form from the other institution.
