e-Waste Drop Off Policy

The Office of Information Technology shall have sole responsibility for selling, cannibalizing, donating, trashing, or otherwise disposing of any university computer technology.

You can turn over all obsolete, broken, or unwanted technology items to OIT for disposal.

Email Message When People Leave The University

When a staff member leaves the employ of the University, the email account is locked and then turned over to the immediate supervisor so that incoming business emails can be attended to (as per policy).
